• 1. What do I do if my name is spelt incorrectly when I login?

  To change any of your details, login in and select the edit button on the top right hand side. You can then edit your details and confirm your selection.

• 2. Who do I contact if I have a problem with the website?

• 3. How long will it take for my certificate to arrive?

  Once you have completed the course you will recieve an email when your certificate has been dispatched.

• 4. How can I apply for more licences?

• 5. How can I purchase the training modules and get access to the assessment?

• 6. What is the pass mark for each module?

  The pass mark for each module is 70%

• 7. If I fail a module can I take the test again straightaway?

  No you'll have to wait 48 hours before taking the test again. You will however be able to complete tests for other modules

• 8. How many questions are there per module?

  There are 10 questions per module

• 9. When will I know my results for the module I'm taking?

  On completion of the module your result will be displayed.

• 10. Who do I contact for questions relating to those asked within a test?
